It was my job as High Archivist to manage masses of paper, written by people all over the world. Pages would fly into the archive at all hours of the day to be placed in the Grand Compendium. Conveniently, they seemed to fit with one another, like the pieces of a puzzle, meaning I never needed to worry about where each part went. I threw myself into my work, even going without sleep at times, for I was the only operative. Resting only resulted in unkempt piles of paper everywhere.
