"It's cold! So cold!" Valdov continued to search for anything that could protect his enlarging body. When he outgrew the stump, he used a hut and then a house, but even that became insufficient. He was unable to find a replacement until he stumbled upon a large castle. "This should do the trick," he said as he lifted it up and set it upon his back. He once again recovered that feeling of ease, unperturbed by the odd shrieking that emanated from within the stone walls.
