Appearing out of thin air, the Tempest Queen, together with her wind drake, glide freely through the infinite skies leaving a slight breeze in their wake. The strong gusts or gentle currents flowing through the air depend entirely upon her mood.

This card was given as a reward for collecting stamps 1 and 10 of the 1 million downloads sign-in event.
It has also been obtainable from achieving high ranks in events. Tempest Queens were awarded in Battle Royale IV, Soul Crusher and Battle Royale V.

- This is the first out of a total five evolutions of the Tempest Queen.
- This card (as well as all of its evolutions) is bound; it cannot be traded or gifted.
