(Beautified) Bela of the Great Clan

Lore[]

Bela wandered the plains, climbed the mountains and dove into the seas. At least she knew what she should eat: the rippling darkness itself that had covered the world. As she ate, her body underwent a series of transformations. It grew more beautiful, and more enchanting...being the only one of her kind on Neotrellus, Bela didn't really need such changes. No eccentric types were likely to appear to study this miraculous process, either.

Name origin[]

Béla is a common Hungarian male given name; the meaning is "inner part, within; white". Its most likely etymology is from Old Hungarian bél ("heart, inside"; meaning "intestines" in modern Hungarian). Other possible sources are a Turkish word meaning "distinguished" and the Slavic word for "white".
