(Asserting) Laura, Beastly Huntress

When a challenger comes to face Laura, she instead leaves to slay a beast as large as a building and haul it back. The sight of her posing provocatively with her quarry is enough to cause the bravado of any would-be opponent to wither. Her beauty is not one of delicate grace, but of dynamic strength.

Name originEdit

Laura is a feminine equivalent of Laurence, used largely in Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, and Spanish. Derived from Latin laurus for "bay laurel plant", which in the Greco-Roman era was used as a symbol of victory, honor or fame.
