The suppression of the lands led to a peaceful era. Still, the aggressive nature of mankind demanded some kind of competition. To fill that need, Takemikazuchi, god of swords and thunder, invented sumo wrestling. He too was a willing duelist, and none could prevail over his lightning-fast blows and techniques.
