Garnardo would make a show as he slew monsters in his black armor, yet none admired him in the least. They kept their distance as best they could to avoid the vehement blood spray of his slaughter. Though malefactors feared him more than any, he was by no means a virtuous man. However, his murderous cruelty held the spread of villainy in check, for fear of earning his wrath.
