And she was supported by the voice of thousands. The red of the banner she carried represented the hopes of the living and the blue symbolized the wishes of the dead. She felt neither anger nor hatred, only the determination to bring about equality for all. Bearing the lofty ideals of the people, she continued until her revolution brought about the reconstruction of her land.
